This guide fully describes the content and process for conducing a three-day (15-hour) certification training program. The guide includes a companion video, featuring the first telephone contact, social contracting and managing family consultations. Upon completing the Deciding Together certification training program, participants will be able to use the tools of the Deciding Together program to enable prospective foster and adoptive parents to make a mutual decision with the agency about fostering and adopting.
