The trainer's kit for this program includes a fully documented guide for conducting a 15-hour training of leaders, as well as a companion video with three segments for teaching Deciding Together leaders the skills of social contracting, resource parent development and coaching. The Trainer's Guide includes a complete advance preparation section, templates for overhead transparencies and all participant handouts. Also included in the kit are a leader's guide and a set of six parent workbooks.
